Confirm the workspace

Tenant context affects every customer-facing dashboard route.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Confirm the selected tenant/account.

Review plan access

Use the visible plan/billing cycle view and plan request controls.

  1. Record the displayed plan and cycle.
  2. Use the plan request control only when authorized.

Account access

Use the verified password control for an authenticated account; use the sign-in recovery flow when you cannot sign in.

Troubleshooting
