Workspace Overview and Analytics

Use Overview to inspect date-filtered activity, channel distribution, and recent conversations.

Prerequisites

Sign in and select the intended workspace.

Expected result

The selected date range shows available KPIs, conversation trends, channels, and recent activity.

Choose the workspace and period

Overview is scoped to the selected tenant and date range.

  1. Open Overview.
  2. Choose the date range used for the comparison.

Read the available evidence

Use Conversations Over Time, Top Channels, and Recent Conversations to locate the affected activity.

  1. Compare the visible period with the previous period when available.
  2. Open a recent conversation only when you have tenant access.

Common problems

An empty chart can mean there is not enough activity for comparison; it does not prove a provider failure.

Troubleshooting

If data is missing, confirm the selected tenant and date range before requesting technical review.
