Prerequisites

Workspace access and the role shown in the dashboard.

Expected result

The team directory and role-appropriate controls are visible.

Check your role

The dashboard shows workspace access and a role such as OWNER, ADMIN, or AGENT.

  1. Open Team.
  2. Review the role displayed for the account.

Request the right access

Ask the workspace owner for access when a documented action is role-restricted.

  1. Name the exact dashboard area and control.
  2. Do not share passwords or private tokens in Support.

Troubleshoot access

Include your role, workspace, route, and a screenshot of the missing control.

Troubleshooting

A missing control is not proof that the feature is broken; it may be role-restricted.
