Inspect sources, processing/indexing state, assistant assignment, retrieval preview, and supported visual sources.

Inspect a source
Knowledge Intelligence is distinct from the text-only Knowledge Base workflow.
- Open Knowledge Intelligence.
- Select the source and review its processing or indexing state.
Assign and preview
Use the visible assistant assignment and retrieval preview controls when available.
- Assign verified sources to the intended assistant.
- Use retrieval preview to inspect grounded evidence before relying on an answer.
PDF and visual source issues
Do not promise a format or extraction result that the workspace does not display as supported.
- Record the source type, processing state, assistant, and time.
- Send the evidence through Support if processing remains stuck.
Troubleshooting
Supported formats and results depend on workspace configuration; asynchronous jobs may need Support review.
