A generated candidate or configuration with visible evidence.

The decision is visible for the selected candidate/configuration and target assistant.

Open the approval view

Approval views are nested under Knowledge Intelligence routes.

  1. Open Knowledge Intelligence.
  2. Open the visible candidates or configuration review view.

Review evidence

A decision should be based on candidate evidence and the intended assistant.

  1. Inspect evidence before approving or rejecting.
  2. Activate only an approved configuration.

Rollback and support

Use rollback only when the control is visible and authorized; report stuck or inconsistent states with evidence.

Troubleshooting

Do not activate unsupported evidence; stuck jobs require Support review.
