Open the experience

Guide Experience is the verified customer-facing label.

  1. Open Guide Experience from the sidebar.
  2. Select the affected guide journey.

Review supported modules

The UI exposes journey modules such as roadmap and interactive configuration; use only controls visible to your role.

  1. Review the current channel and assistant.
  2. Save changes only after reviewing the preview or publication state.

When to contact Support

If the public guide does not match the saved workspace configuration, include the guide, assistant, time, and visible status.

Troubleshooting

Implementation-managed journeys or publication consistency require Support review.
